- Non-Transferrable: This Limited Warranty is non-transferrable and covers only the original end-user and purchase of the WingoCase Product.
- Exceptions: The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to:
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the WingoCase Product
- Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
- Protective coatings that are designed to dimmish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
- Defects cause by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, or other external cause
- Damage or defects caused by alteration or modification of the WingoCase Product in any way or any service performed by anyone who is not a representative of WingoCase
