WingoCase offers a 2-year limited warranty on all tablet cases.

WingoCase 2-Year Limited Warranty

Wingocase offers a 2-year limited manufacturer warranty on all tablet cases. This warranty is valid for a period of two years from the original purchase date and covers only repair or replacement of the product itself. This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only and is only valid with an original or copy of a sales receipt from WingoCase or an authorized retailer. WingoCase products purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers are not covered by the 2-year warranty. Certain WingoCase products may have different warranties, which will be explicitly stated here. Examples of products with different warranties are, but not limited to, phone accessories. This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defective. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error. Accidental drops, installation failures, normal wear and tear, etc. caused by the owner are not covered under this warranty.

WingoCase General Warranty

All WingoCase Products not explicitly covered by a 2-year limited warranty are covered by a 60-day general defect warranty.All terms of the WingoCase 2-year limited warranty remain in effect with the exception of the period of validity which expires 60 days from the original purchase date.All terms and conditions for any and all warranties are subject to change at the sole discretion of WingoCase.

Returns

If you have purchased a product directly through our website and are not satisfied with your purchase, you may qualify for a return.Returns for refunds are available for purchases made directly through www.wingocase.com for 30 days after the original purchase date and must be returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging.To determine whether you are eligible for a refund, please contact info@wingocase.com

How to submit a warranty claim

Warranty Claims must be made directly to WingoCase. Submit an email to info@wingocase.com including the following:

  • Photograph of damaged product. Be sure to include a piece of paper stating your full name and date next to the product in the photograph
  • A copy of your receipt or order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Your shipping address and phone number
  • SKU# of your product

We will review your claim as expeditiously as possible to determine if it qualifies for a warranty replacement as per our Limited Warranty and contact you via email regarding the status of your claim.

Warranty Disclaimers

Except as expressly set forth in the applicable limited warranty above, WingoCase makes no express or implied warranties of any kind whatsoever with respect to the product in terms of merchantability, fitness, particular purpose, design, condition, quality, or performance of the product. In addition, Wingocase will not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the purchase or use of products or incidental damages or consequential loss of profits or benefits. WingoCase reserves the right to waive responsibility for warranty coverage for situations including, but not limited to, other implied warranties from authorized or unauthorized sellers, warranties expressed in written or verbal form for non-genuine or counterfeit WingoCase product distributors or vendors, any intentional action to contort or take advantage of the warranty for financial or personal gain. Defects caused by any other accident, including failure of installation, carelessness by the user, or defects caused by owner's usage, cannot be applied for the above mentioned warranties. WingoCase reserves the right to replace, repair, rebuild, and recondition products at WingoCase’s sole discretion. If the product under warranty becomes inactive or no longer in production, WingoCase reserves the right to replace the inactive product with a similar or better product in accordance to WingoCase judgment and discretion. Excluding the express warranty provided, WingoCase, in no event shall be liable for any incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising from the use of any WingoCase product, including, but without limitation, device damage, data loss, or personal injury.
