I have Arthritis in my hands. How can the Wingo Case help me?

When reading on your iPad Mini, one of the core focuses of our design is to reduce grip tension. Through intelligent design and a lot of out-of-the box thinking, we have made several advancements in making e-reading and using your iPad Mini SIGNIFICANTLY more comfortable.

 


 

I am worried about developing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, can the Wingo help?

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome is caused by damage to your median nerve than runs through the “Carpal Tunnel” in your wrist. Repetitive stress (gripping, bending, etc) to this region of the hand & wrist constricts the median nerve, which causes damage and could eventually lead to the development of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Note: As mentioned above, women are 3 times more likely than men to develop Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, due to a more narrow “carpal tunnel” (passageway that houses the median nerve) The Wingo can help in the preventative process of developing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome by allowing you to keep your wrists straight while holding your device, therefore limiting the pressure placed on your median nerve. How much does the Wingo weigh?

The Wingo weighs 4.3 ounces, which is much less than most cases on the market today. But one of the coolest things about the Wingo Case is that (besides actually being light) it feels even LIGHTER than it really is, because of its unique design. Additionally, many people often get the feeling that weight is causing their discomfort, when in reality it is due to excessive grip tension and other non-ergonomic positioning of your fingers, hand, wrist, and forearm.

 


 

Can the Wingo's wings be held in landscape mode?

While some applications compliment the landscape mode better, the Wingo's wings do not operate in landscape mode, but you can easily close the wings to hold your device in landscape fashion.

 


 

How Do I Return or Exchange My Wingo?

The Wingo has a 1-year limited warranty from the original purchase date. If you purchased your Wingo case on our website and you’re dissatisfied with it for any reason, send it back within thirty (30) days of your purchase for a refund.  All international or expedited shipping fees from your original order will not be refunded, unless your product is defective and you would like a replacement Wingo, additional shipping fees will be paid for.  Please ship all exchanges and refunds to the following address:

Must include: Full name, email, preferred return address and your defective or unwanted Wingo.

You must also email us all of the information above PLUS a description and photo of the damage. (Note: if you do not have an email address, please include a written description of the damage in the package you mail to P.O. 10754). If you are simply returning Wingo for a refund, please let us know the reason for your decision (optional). It would be greatly appreciated!

Providing all information above will expedite the review of your warranty claim. We will evaluate your claim within 7-10 business days and determine if it qualifies for warranty replacement under our Limited Warranty. We will contact you via email regarding the status of your claim.

PLEASE NOTE: All products returned to Wingocase will be subject to review for authenticity. Products determined to be counterfeit will be confiscated and turned over to Wingo's legal department for action. Counterfeit cases will not be returned or replaced and consumers should seek restitution from their original place of purchase.
